8) Answering calls and divert to the right personnel.

9) Assist Accounts Department to sort out suppliers Invoice and key into the systems.

10) Liaision with China suppliers on shipment. (Must be able to speak Mandarin)

11) Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned

Position: Logistics Admin Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

· Arrange drivers to assist with site purchase of materials.

· Collection and delivery of materials to site.

· Keep track of shipments from China.

· To liaise with China supplier on arranging container.

· Admin duties, when necessary, as assigned.

Job Requirement

· Minimum GCE 'O/N' Level or equivalent

· Mandarin speaking is a must, as require to liaise with China suppliers.
