Job Description
- Partner the business on all benefits, insurance purchase, claims and payroll administration.
- Collaborate with payroll vendor to resolve any benefits welfare gifts, foregone bonus, EOM recovery, claims or payroll issues.
- nsure data accuracies in system, billing from and billing to various government agencies and audit.
- Temp hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration.
- Collaborate with the internal P&C functional teams to execute HR policies at the business units-level.
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations.
- Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
Job Requirement
- Singaporean only.
- Min Degree (Preferably Degree in Human Resources/relevant qualification).
- Strong writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in the government sector is more advantageous.
- Previous experience in HRIS (Workday) is more advantageous.
- Previous experience in HR Payroll & Benefit is more advantageous.
