Job Description

1. Input up-to-date research findings and prospect data into donor database.
2. Conduct simple research on prospective donors using public sources to help identify new individuals and corporates who could donate, and to help compile profiles to prepare fundraisers.
3. Compile and update donation and fund related information in the departments CRM database.
4. Provide support in preparation of data for development of new data analytics projects, e.g., studying effectiveness of email content.
5. Other basic database admin connected to prospects and donors.

Requirements

1. Minimum A-Levels/Diploma qualification
2. Possess experience working on databases and reviewing and collating quantitative data or qualitative information from public sources.
3. Possess some research experience and skills (e.g. academic/study research, market research, fundraising research).
4. Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Excel, Word. CRM would be an advantage
5. Ability to work on tight deadlines and work independently and in a team.
6. Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility

** This role is a 6-months(renewable) contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Executive of the Cybersecurity Certification Centre (CCC), your key responsibility is to support the national certification schemes such as Singapore Common Criteria Scheme (SCCS) and the Cybersecurity Labelling Scheme (CLS).

Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
1. Supporting the operations of the CCC
2. Assisting in the review of CLS product applications
3. Contributing to the smooth running of events organised by the CCC
4. Handling general administrative matters for CCC, the certification and labelling schemes

Specific Requirements

1. Diploma in Cybersecurity or IT-related domains

2. Able to work in teams and independently

3. Analytical and conceptualization skills

4. Communication and interpersonal skills

5. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

6. Good command in English, both conversational and written

7. Proficient in the use of video conferencing platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing strategies to enhance engagement and re-engagement, with a focus on organization’s email marketing, particularly the organization's newsletter.
• Identifying media opportunities, developing press releases, managing media at events, and coordinating paid advertorials.
• Organizing and managing a series of youth engagement roadshows across Singapore, including logistics, content creation, and on-site management.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to analyze performance, monitor campaigns, and generate monthly reports to assess marketing effectiveness.
• Leveraging analytics and social listening tools to improve campaign performance and understand youth trends.
• Providing general support for other ongoing tasks as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
• Experience for big scale events, able to also deal with media agencies will be a huge advantage
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in communications or equivalent.
• Familiar with social media and/ or email marketing. Understanding of other digital marketing practices and platforms (eg. SEO, SEM, web analytics, Google Analytics etc.) is a plus.
