- Efficiently install, configure, and troubleshoot a range of hardware, including printers, computers, projectors, and IT peripherals, ensuring smooth operation throughout the organization.
- Resolve network connectivity issues and software application challenges promptly, ensuring seamless operations of essential tools like Microsoft Office, HR and Accounts Software, and Adobe suites.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with IT vendors, facilitating hassle-free maintenance and timely software license renewals to uphold operational efficiency.
- Streamline procurement processes by liaising with vendors to negotiate purchases of essential office equipment and software, optimizing resources and enhancing productivity.
- Uphold the organization's digital security through meticulous management of IT security measures, including antivirus maintenance and robust data backup protocols.
- Spearhead the setup of LAN networks and IP address allocation, contributing to a well-connected and efficient workplace environment.
- Provide timely and effective helpdesk support to all users, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow and maximizing productivity.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding processes by setting up new PCs and notebooks, including personalized email configurations and mailbox setups.
- Contribute to workplace safety and security by assisting in the setup of CCTV systems throughout office premises.
- Stay updated with technological advancements, continuously refining knowledge of the latest operating systems and network protocols.
- Support the organization's success by performing diverse IT-related tasks, including website updates and meticulous inventory management.
- Adapt to evolving needs by embracing ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the team's objectives.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to start immediately/within 2 weeks.
- Possessing CompTIA, A+, MCTS is at an advantage.
- Good Analytical Skills, Fast Learner, Shows Initiative, Honest and responsible
- Able to work 5.5 day work week (Performance bonus provided)
