JOB SUMMARY

• This critical role is a visible and engaged global sector leader, responsible for growing account portfolio through high performing Alliance Directors and durable partnerships with key senior clients. Through these relationships, this leader will fully align to drive strategy, exceed client satisfaction, execute against growth and profitability, achieve scorecard targets, deliver financial performance, and grow best talent across the globe.
• The Sector Director is accountable for understanding clients’ needs, interests, and goals to ensure Alliance Directors deliver a best-in-class client experience while driving value and achieving the growth strategy. This accountability includes increased measured performance across all lines of business on the account and through the expansion of new services lines and solutions enabling both sector and client growth. The primary focus of the role will be Technology, Media and Telco accounts.
• Sector Directors lead talent enablement for their teams including the selection, development and retention of top-tier and dark green Alliance Director talent, who are ultimately accountable to execute against GWS and clients strategic, financial, and operational goals within the Sector.
• The Sector Director will invest measurable time to develop, coach and mentor and therefore position Alliance Directors to be successful, thereby extending their own effectiveness resulting in increased performance with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Sector Directors directly affect the growth of GWS through concentrated engagement and skilled partnerships in the pursuit of new business, contract renewals, service expansions, transition management, talent enablement, and efficient and cost-effective service delivery models. Simultaneously, Sector Directors frequently engage with Sector Presidents, Delivery Excellence teams, Platform leaders, and global practice leaders to know how and when to leverage and broker expertise with client accounts for operational excellence.
• The Sector Director will regularly engage with other Sector Directors, CBRE service lines and global practice areas when an integrated service delivery model is proposed or fully operative. Using business intelligence and data analytics, they will anticipate business disruptions and identify trends to elevate overall account performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and monitor short and long-range business plans and budgets to achieve scorecard, revenue, and EBITDA targets, including stretch financial goals.

Overall Responsibility:

The EA APAC Procurement Business Lead is seen as a trusted advisor, problem solver and coach to EA Accounts and procurement community (including procurement champions) in respect to procurement matters.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Member of the EA APAC procurement leadership team

Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to perform field technical work in delivering installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair work for the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist to perform the preventive maintenance and corrective work for building services, assets/installations at the client’s premises according to local statutory regulation, HSE, and client’s site-specific requirement, etc.

· Assist to ensure the completion of work orders within the standard KPI/SLAs and the client’s needs are met.

· Support a plant/building shutdown or critical event for the purpose of any preventive maintenance/repairs relating to the assigned asset or equipment and other related operating functions, such as housekeeping, security cameras and access controls, etc.

About the Role:

As a CBRE Moves Associate, you will oversee the administrative assistance and implementation support of the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in the delivery of projects.

This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings.

• Support and promote the operating model adoption for GWS Local People
• Lead and develop an exceptional People team across APAC
• Drive a culture of excellence and behaviors aligned with the Local business model
• Be a champion for change and drive change initiatives across APAC
• Partner with business leaders and sales teams to lead People aspects of RFPs and client pitches
• Ensure that managers have the capabilities to effectively manage the performance of their employees and solution any areas of concern.
• Shape initiatives across Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Learning & Development pathways, wellbeing, engagement, development, performance management and growth.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, fire, air con and painting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

· Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.

· Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

· Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.

· Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, electrical, fire, HVAC, kitchen equipment and drains.

· Daily inspections for hard services.

· To ensure all corrective work order and planned work order tickets are logged and closed within the expected timeframe through the work order systems.

· To maintain the E-PTW (Electronic Permit To Work system) by the client.

· Planning and scheduling Planned Maintenance works.

· Weekly work plan updates to the client.

· Escorting of the maintenance team/ adhoc vendors.

· Assist with the fire drill organized by the client. It will be twice a year.

· Assist with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) for the annual Fire certification renewal.

· Leading the annual power shutdown maintenance organized by the client.

· Assist in maintaining the risk register system.

· Monthly compilation of the door security access report to the client.

· Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

· Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

· Performs carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.

· Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

· No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

· However, the role will be reporting to the Assistant Facilities Manager.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of three to five years of related experience and/or training.

With the following certifications will be an advantage:

· Licenced Electrical or Electrical Technician (EN033)

· Working at height

· Hot Work

· Confine Space

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

· May require valid driver's or motorcycle’s license.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

· Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

· Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.

· Ability to solve problems in standard situations.

· Requires basic analytical skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

Uses personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.

SAFETY

Responsible for personal safety and the safety of those who are affected by your work. This includes but is not limited to:

· Complete all required and assigned HSE training at a satisfactory level,

· Follow all activity policies and procedures (CBRE & Client), including all HSE-related requirements at all times,

· Participate in all HSE-related programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing and assessment, etc.

· Report any conditions which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.
