The OTC (over the counter) Derivatives Valuation & Middle Office department consists of a team of subject matter expert in OTC derivatives in both OTC valuation and middle office space. • Partner with prospective clients to outline CITI client offering, also partner with Prime brokerage, sales and relationship sales.

Essential Requirements

The Securities & Derivative Analyst 2 is an Intermediate level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The overall objective of this role is to assist in the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests
• Generate and match trade confirmations according to the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) templates
• Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time
• Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
• Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies
• Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports
• Participate in the periodic General Ledger (GL) proofing exercises as directed

• Relevant 2 years experience preferred
• Good understanding of Operations settlements, accounting and regulatory policies is preferred

• Good analytical skills, positive attitude and good learning ability with great attention to detail and multitasking

The Customer Service Analyst 2 is an intermediate-level position responsible for providing clients with resolutions and support in coordination with the Customer Service team. The overall objective of this role is to address external customer issues and provide ongoing customer service support.
