• Coordinate and liaise with customers and transporters to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Plan and organize orders to meet customer shipment delivery and collection requirements.
• Perform data collection and submit accurate reports when required.
• Manage cycle count administration and ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure timely processing of all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
• Drive and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Report non-conformance of shipments to the Executive.
• Be comfortable with lifting goods (~15-20kg) when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), VBA skills are a plus.
• Experience using operations dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including AP & AR functions
• ⁠Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes i.e. ASN FRT and MIS, ensuring financial statements reflect accurate inventory data.
