Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, deploy and support SAP related FICO projects/solutions to achieve defined business goals.
- Engage with customers to analyze and define business requirements, to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
- Propose and provide appropriate system enhancements.
- Develop unit test package, execute tests & document test results to ensure the quality of the program.
- Assist in the Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Test.
- Assist in implementation activities to fix reported problems/bugs of the system to ensure the smooth execution of programs in the production environment.
- Conduct and provide training to SAP Users.
Requirements:
- 7+ years SAP FICO consulting experience (Implementation/Rollout/Support).
- Minimal 2 end-to-end greenfield implementations experience of S4 HANA (from user requirements gathering to Go-live).
- Having working experience as FICO Lead Consultant role is desired.
- Knowledge and/or experience in both Project Accounting and Real Estate preferred.
- Knowledge and/or Experience in Treasury Management is advantaged.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting Functional Requirements.
- Proven experience in transitioning Functional Requirement to Technical Requirements.
- Expertise in configuration.
- Working knowledge of ABAP debugging skills is desired.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in FICO Integration with SD, CS & MM, etc.
- Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting and Treasury is advantageous.
- Proven Client-facing experience across multiple industries is highly desired.
