Requirements
Candidate requires to;
- be Singaporean, or naturalised Singaporean.
- have SAP FICO techno-functional knowledge for supporting daily operations / implementing new change requests.
- have SAP FICO domain knowledge & experience (general ledger, account receivable, account payable, payment processes, bank statements, procurement to pay, asset module).
- handle Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests independently.
- understand the functional/technical requirements.
- be able to do root cause analysis,
- communicate directly with business users and resolve any issues within the Service Level Agreement’s.
