Job responsibilities:
Develop new accounts with interior design firms, building contractors and architects (B2B).
Explain and present the product features to interior designers and direct homeowners, with relevant comparisons on specifications and pricing.
Conduct site assessments to get accurate dimensions of installation area, as well as understand site conditions before generating quotations to customers.
Manage customer database to ensure that the sales pipeline is updated and moving along the sales cycle.
Coordinate and supervise installation works.
Track all payment receivables and handle warranty claims or rectification works if required.
Accomplish the monthly sales target set by the company.
Job Requirements:
Minimum O levels qualifications with 1 years of experience in the relevant industry (interior design/ construction materials) will be an added advantage
Knowledge of MS Office and Airtable for reporting and updating customer database.
Experienced in sales, negotiation, relationship building, managing pipeline, project coordination.
Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend relevant products
