• Support engineers in conducting site acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up for transformers and switchgear. Knowledge of UPS, Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives, and PLC systems is a plus.
• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault investigation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
• Provide field operations and technical support to customers, helping customers identify their needs and offering post-sales service solutions.
• Address on-site repair and maintenance issues, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve technical problems.
• Deliver field feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams to assist in new product development and improvements to existing products.
• Manage the procurement of spare parts from Suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant experience in technical servicing roles
• Hands-on experience in field service with the ability to work independently on-site
• 1 to 2 years of field service experience in a related industry
• Strong communication & analytical skills

You will report to the President and responsible to manage the Industrial business segment. You will provide leadership to the sales team, driving revenue growth and market expansion for Components business. You will oversee strategic initiatives and provide sales support for the business segment including distributors in South East Asia to ensure the organization stay competitive and contributing to the overall business success and profitability.

You will align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends, explore new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. You will build strong and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, undertake cross section tasks or projects from head quarter, stay updated on industrial market trends; develop strategies to overcome challenges and stay ahead of the competition. You will develop and manage budgets for strategic events, articulate spending priorities and monitor adherence to budget commitments.

Job Requirements

• Master/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical qualification
• At least 15 years’ sales experience in related industry with proven sales track record
• Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of the industrial market trends
• Possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive company success

• Have good contact of prospective customers and distributors in the region

You will be responsible for acquiring new market in the region and maintaining excellent relationship with customers to achieve sales objectives for Systems/Solutions business segment. The geographical area of coverage includes Singapore, ASEAN countries and emerging markets.

You play an important role to demonstrate the value proposition aligning products/solutions offerings with customers’ needs. You will build new accounts and implement sales project plans to increase sales revenue. You will work closely with contractors and consultants, follow through projects with engineering support and provide solutions to the customers.

Your other daily responsibilities include offer preparation, order follow up and maintain close customer interaction. You need to keep abreast of the technological changes and market information in the industrial field.

Job Requirements:-

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Engineering (Electrical/Power Electronics Engineering) or equivalent qualifications
• At least 5 years’ relevant sales experience with proven sales track record, preferably from Substation industry
• Sales result-oriented and resourceful
• Project management skill is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must be ready for business travel within the region

Your primary responsibility is to prepare technical and cost proposals based on customers' requirements and manage projects life-cycle until project handover to customers.

• Confer with sales team to understand customers' requirements from technical aspect and attend customers’ meetings on proposal/technical clarifications
• Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with third party vendors or internal factories to obtain technical quotations to meet overall standards and customers' requirements
• Create specifications and work on detailed engineering design
• Review design documents from third party vendors or internal factories to ensure projects compliance with specifications and industrial safety standards
• Coordinate with customers and to obtain design documents approval
• Work closely with customers, third party vendors or internal factories on project timeline and follow through project status to ensure deliverables meeting schedule and cost from conceptualization to the site commissioning stage
• Regularly update the Head of Engineering on the project status report

Job Requirements:-

• Must have good knowledge in Low Voltage (LV) /Medium Voltage (MV) electrical conceptual design, single line diagram and control schematic diagram
• Knowledge in Drive Control System - LV/MV motors and variable speed drives, PLC and switchgear will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Electrical cabinet design will be an added advantage

• Provide necessary inputs from field to engineering & factory for designing new products and enhancing existing products
• Validate and ensure full compliance in product application, controls and documentation
• Support product warranty claims and quality issue. Update customer complaints system & prepare monthly failure analysis report
• Project pursuit with engineering, sales teams and external consultants or contractors towards achieving project goals
• Collate and maintain project pursuit reports for management’s review and action plan

Job Requirements:-

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years’ service experience in a similar industry
• Must possess hands-on working experience in technical servicing role and able to work independently at job site
• Sound technical knowledge in Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives. Knowledge in UPS & PLC is an added advantage
