We are looking for a witty and strategic Intern, Social Media & Partner Engagement to brainstorm and create educational content such as podcasts, short-format videos (Tik Tok, IG Reels and YouTube), and graphics targeted at Driver- and Delivery- Partners. 

We believe a successful candidate is knowledgeable about the best posting times for each social media platform, and is able to strike a delicate balance between publishing frequently and maintaining Grab Partners' interest. In successfully educating Partners, they will be able to see the impact of their daily interactions with consumers, make better consumer-centric decisions and in turn be better able to leverage on the Grab app to put them on the road towards economic empowerment.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• You will champion the brainstorming and storyboarding pieces that are relevant, sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting Partners to take action

• You will direct, produce, optimize and publish content on the team’s various social media platforms that are in line with the team’s intent and direction

• You will manage all the team’s social media platforms including Facebook Groups

• You will strategically plan and schedule copies for publication

• You will drive to increase engagement on the team’s various social media platforms through real subscriptions, likes, followings and viewership, etc.

As a Sales Development Representative at Grab for Business, you will increase growth through thoughtful outreach, identify new sales opportunities while nurturing long-term client relationship.

Your internship runs from January to May 2025 and you will be fully onsite at Grab HQ.

• As the Regional Head of Enterprise Sales, you will lead a dynamic team of over 101 sales (18 direct and 83 dotted lines) and operations teams across Grab's key markets, including Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. We seek a Seasoned Sales Leader with a proven ability to drive results across multiple business units within Grab. This role spans 3 different units so we are looking for a dynamic leader who can identify go-to-market opportunities and drive scale across various opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Set sales targets in collaboration with the Commercial In-Market Leadership and drive monetization across three commercial units at Grab (GrabAds, Grab For Business, and Regional Merchants).
• Define strategic approaches for the team and direct key initiatives for key partners across the region. Create value for in-market execution by driving best practices, workshops, and insights/measurement.
• Direct training and development initiatives for all commercial enterprise activity across three lines of business for Grab.
• Oversee all GrabAds go-to-market activities for leading merchants, brands, and agencies. Define market narrative and scalable commercial opportunities across business lines.
• Provide direct input into our GrabAds and GrabForBusiness (GfB) Products and work closely with the product and B2B marketing team to continuously enhance our offerings. Represent the voice of the market and drive product adoption.
• Oversee commercial and revenue responsibilities for GrabForBusiness, Grab’s B2B service focused on ride-hailing, food, and deliveries.

As a senior leader, you will work cross-functionally with other Business Owners across Deliveries, Mobility, Payments, Marketing, and Business Development teams to create compelling solutions and identify new client opportunities. You will be a pivotal figure in SEA’s advertising and B2B industry.

The Day-to-Day Activities:

• Collaborate with Commercial Heads and GrabAds Heads in each country and directly manage Regional GrabAds and GfB Leads based in Singapore.
• Scale and grow the sales team to ensure sustainable growth and impact across SE Asia.
• Build and maintain high-impact-media buying relationships with agencies and brands.
•  Lead regional pitches, RFPs, and joint-business plans (JBPs) with key Enterprise partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and key sales reports with business KPIs.
•  Mentor and develop sales talent.
•  Oversee measurement and insight initiatives to demonstrate the ROI and advocacy of our ad products.
•  Drive the adoption and penetration of GrabForBusiness across the region.
