Gym Tonic:

• Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes.

SE Project Management

1. Monitor to ensure a smooth, effective and systematic day to day running of the SE project in the EDCs, and that the project is operating in accordance with standard procedures, processes and regulations across the EDCs.

• Supporting 938 Radio News production with crossing of live interviews between the CNA and Radio studios.
• Setting up equipment for overseas bureaus loading Adobe software and user rights for Mac Books.
• Censorship of sensitive materials and keep track of usage rights issues and expiry dates of the wired sources to avoid monetary penalties.
• Management of local news and documentary rushes with metadata tagging for the availability of material for National Archive.
• Ensuring CA programs archives meets international requirements in audio tracks placement to secure a smooth sale of programs for Content Distribution and Sales.
• Asset management with detailed metadata for ease of research by journalists or producers.
• Overseas bureaus coordination on media transfer and archiving.

Qualification

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferably in a Mass Media Communication or related field.
• Strong understanding of the Digital landscape and innovation trends.
• Proven experience in media management, technical oversight, and people management.
• Understanding of cloud-based content management.

• Manage the overall channel management of 8days Eat TikTok channel, which includes (but not limited to) uploading content, SEO & data analytics.
• Ensure that content schedule is mapped out in timely fashion.
• Upload all content, track performance and analyze and optimize performance of said content.
• Work with Editorial team, content creators, Growth Channel Management Team to develop best practices and optimize content performance on the channel.
• The role primarily focuses on 8days Eat TikTok channel but the scope of work can extend to other 8days social media accounts as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform outbound telesales calls to market and sell MSIG products (largely on Motor Insurance) to support MSIG/individual goals/objectives
• Create and maintain proper customer information
• Using the telephone to perform outbound calls as a marketing tool to market, promote and sell insurance to Scheme Partners' customers
• Answering telephone calls, attend to telephone queries from customers and direct such calls to MSIG Customer Service where necessary
• Performing any after-call functions to complete the cycle of the call
• Achieving pre-set targets for the individual and assist in the achievement of the overall sales target as set by MSIG in consultation with Scheme Partners
• Providing feedback and suggestions on programmes handled to improve and/or enhance existing and future telemarketing programmes
• Ensuring that each call handled meets the service standards of Scheme Partners and MSIG

• GCE O' level preferably with professional insurance qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception Duties:

• Attend to all clients, intermediaries and other visitors who come to the Company's premises
• Answer visitors' queries and arrange for them to be attended to by the appropriate department personnel
• Receive mail that is delivered by hand, as well as dispatch items from there that are intended for collection, as applicable

Customer Centre Duties:

• Handling all enquiries from clients
• Provide quotations to clients, within authority limits granted
• Process urgent insurance documentation
• Follow up on outstanding renewals and quotes
• Assist in credit control.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned

Minimum GCE O Level
