Job Description

This position will collect, process, input, organize and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders in order to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance and communications needs of projects

• Provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members
• Responsible for preparation of construction drawings, using Revit and CAD software.
• Draft outline and detailed drawing(S) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement
• Assist in preparation of project documentation required for submission of drawing
• Documentation control relating to all project activities at site
• Oversee project procurement management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Engineer/ Project Manager

Requirements
- Experience in the related field is highly welcomed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Minimum diploma qualification with knowledge in 2D, 3D AutoCAD software and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Project Supervisor to manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
• Support Project Engineer in the volume business through coordination, follow-up and reporting the progress and quality of the overall project.
• Be in-charged of supervising the installation team to ensure safe, high quality and complete-on- time delivery of organization's project and solutions.
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials / plants on site.
• Ensure that all Safety compliance and processes are adhered to by all workers.
• Assist to supervise site operation, workers and vendors.
• Responsible for coordination and supervision to ensure works are carried out efficiently and on schedule.
• Able to communicate to all level and attend site meeting on a daily basis.

Job Scope:

• BIM Model Management: Develop, manage, and update BIM models using software like Revit and Navisworks.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Facilitate coordination between design teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all stakeholders' models are aligned.
• Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks to identify and mitigate issues before construction begins.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate construction documents and reports, ensuring all models meet project standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all BIM models adhere to company and project standards for accuracy and quality.
• Project Support: Support the project team by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the BIM process runs smoothly.
• BIM Standards: Ensure compliance with national and project-specific BIM standards, maintaining best practices for model sharing and collaboration.

Requirements for the Position:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative team environment.
