Responsibilities :

• Daily visit users in Singapore (eg. Shipyard, workshop) and listen to user’s request and provide suitable advice to use welding material.
• Response to enquiry of engineers to confirm specifications of welding consumable.
• Building and maintaining network with the customers of welding consumable for the region in Singapore.
• Business trip to Batam, Malaysia and so on, upon customer’s request for technical support.
• Plan branding and promoting company's products activities including conduct seminars, demonstration, exhibitions, etc.

Requirements:

• Candidate with Technical Sales Engineer / Welding background preferred.
• Candidates without technical service experience but keen to learn are also encouraged to apply.

15. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring eƯicient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
16. Sales Training Programs: Design and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
17. Customer Retention Strategies: Develop and execute customer retention strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
18. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate the eƯectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
19. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the sales process and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
20. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer projects.
