Reporting to Senior Manager, Information Technology & Administration, this position is responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining and supporting all areas of IT infrastructure to ensure stable and secure IT environment for all users.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, manage and maintain network, servers and storage
• Provide technical support in computer hardware, software and associated peripherals and ensure computers are setup and configured with standard software for users in local and regional affiliate offices
• Provide support for IT projects and propose recommendations to improve IT operations with suitable IT solutions and tools
• Ensure proper functioning of all security appliances and adherence to IT security policy control
• Create, review and update IT security policies and procedures
• Carry out periodic and required security updates to all IT systems, computers and equipment

• Propose and develop implementation plans of useful IT technologies for constant infrastructure and security improvements
• Work closely with Japan headquarter and IT vendors on system implementation and IT operations
• Coordinate with IT vendors on faulty hardware repairs, replacement and return merchandise authorisation (RMA)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline with at least 5 years of related experience
• Ability to provide technical support for computer systems, equipment, software and hardware
• Specialized in IT Security and systems (Firewall, NAC, Cloud security), Server and Storage Administration (NetApp, Switch), Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and IT Cloud Admin (Azure, AWS)
• Certification in IT Project Management, Microsoft or Cisco Certifications and Cloud IT Management (Azure, AWS) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Reporting to Manager, Sales & Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth and meeting sales and profit targets. The candidate is also required to handle multiple products and markets across various countries and industries and be familiar with diverse product lines and market segments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor current market trend and competitors’ activities using various sales channels for product sales and development
• Understand and respond to customers' needs and inquiries and recommend appropriate services and solutions
• Research and assess markets and customers’ potential, applications and trend of technical requirements and share findings with other team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular visits, online meetings and other communication channels
• Lead negotiations with customers on pricing, quantity, delivery terms and other commercial conditions

Reporting to Manager, Information Technology, this role will be responsible for IT business applications and related systems of Mitsui Chemicals Group of Singapore companies, as well as respective regional affiliates in Asia Pacific. This position will support IT division's plans to leverage on IT applications, automations and other business systems to improve all areas of business operations internally and with our business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute IT applications roadmap
• Manage projects for implementation of IT application system
• Analyze and develop application systems to support business operations
• Provide first level system support and helpdesk service for application users
• Administer and ensure IT Business Application Systems are functioning at optimal level
• Perform periodic system maintenance and propose and plan for Application upgrades

Requirements:

• Manage Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team and support business units in accounts payable and staff claims for Singapore entities under Mitsui Chemicals Group
• Prepare withholding tax returns and submit to tax authority
• Provide accounting support for new construction project and assets capitalization
• Participate in process digitalization
• Prepare standing orders and liaise with bank on finance & accounting matters
• Respond to audit confirmation from external parties

• Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Reporting to Manager, Logistics, this position will manage the Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to drive daily Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. The candidate will also conduct investigation to address logistics quality issues and implement projects to seek improvements in areas of workplace safety, process productivity and cost reduction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage LSPs providing Plant logistics, external warehousing and trucking services
• Resolve daily operational issues directly with LSPs and stakeholders
• Prepare and upkeep SOPs and Work Instructions
• Plan daily transfers from plant to external warehouses
• Investigate customer complaints to identify root cause and implement action plans

Reporting to Plant Assistant Electrical & Instrument (E&I) Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing E&I equipment for production plant, managing E&I contractors and ensuring all E&I maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and safely in compliance with local regulations and plant HSE requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule all maintenance works, including work and safety procedures, labour & equipment, spare parts and material requirements
• Ensure daily, periodical and shutdown maintenance works are carried out in safe, timely and efficient manner
• Carry out engineering studies of E&I works in modifications, revamping or upgrading of plant facilities to reduce plant trouble
• Carry out technical investigation of plant problems, evaluate findings and recommend countermeasures or propose new ideas to enhance reliability of E&I system and equipment
• Manage and maintain proper maintenance records & reports in accordance to industrial and regulatory requirements
• Manage and maintain proper stock level of spare parts inventory

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance works to ensure safe and stable plant operations
• Lead and manage site mechanical contractor team and ensure daily, periodical and shutdown maintenance works are carried out safely, timely and efficiently
• Review and conduct technical investigation of mechanical equipment’s problems, evaluate findings, prepare analysis reports and recommend countermeasures to enhance equipment’s reliability
• Develop, review and implement Risk Assessment for all mechanical work activities
• Manage fixed assets and stocks movement and follow up on purchase request and delivery
• Plan annual mechanical budget and monitor and update monthly expenditure
• Identify and develop cost control strategies and cost savings programs
• Execute, implement and support Integrated Management Systems and processes according to the applicable standards' requirements
• Establish and maintain maintenance system to comply with requirements of Safety Management System for chemical industry

Reporting to Assistant General Manager, Feedstocks, this position is expected to support the procurement process and daily operation works to ensure supply continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement process of petrochemical raw materials such as Propylene, Ethylene, Butene-1 and etc.
• Work with internal stakeholders to generate optimum allocation plans
• Determine procurement needs and ensure supply continuity to support daily operational works
• Maintain close working relationships with suppliers such as major oil and petrochemical companies and trading houses to ensure smooth pipeline, shipment delivery and cost controls
• Interact with suppliers and plant personnel to resolve supply/offtake issues
• Gather and analyze market information to forecast raw materials pricing data
• Support contract review and negotiations by reviewing contract drafts and provide recommendations where applicable
• Generate regular reports for sharing with stakeholders and prepare presentation materials for meetings whenever required
• Participate in new project discussion and execution
• Work with Headquarter functions for mutual information sharing
