• Providing logistical support, statutory intervention and services to address the needs of children and young persons who have been seriously harmed or are at high risk of serious harm.
• Conducting necessary assessments, checks and screening for children and young persons who have been abused or neglected by their parents or caregivers.
• Providing services for children who need statutory guidance or care and protection because of abuse, neglect and abandonment.
• Supporting the maintenance of the Adoption Registry through which children for whom adoption is the primary permanency plan can be matched with prospective adopters.

Having overview over a small pool of inactive cases where mainly administrative support is required.

Job Requirements:

• Degree
• Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline
• Experience in working with vulnerable children and families or with investigative experience in social service settings is an added advantage
• Able to work calmly in highly stressful situations and environment
• Be tenacious and resilient in handling difficult situations/clients
• High level of emotional resilience
• Good engagement, assessment, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Good analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Enjoy teamwork

Able to work during weekends/after office hours where needed

Designation: Facilities Coordinator (1 Year Contract) – Renewable

Hiring Budget: $3,500 - $4,000

Location: 16 Science Park Drive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30AM – 5.30PM

• Deputize the facility manager in ensuring operational readiness of the property.
• Assist the facility manager to prepare and update the standard operating procedures for the property.
• Assist the facility manager to prepare and update the planned preventive maintenance schedule.
• Assist the facility manager to conduct daily checks to ensure the property is maintained to a safe and tenantable condition.
• Assist the facility manager to manage the technicians and service vendors. Coordinate with and supervise the vendors on planned preventive maintenance and ad-hoc corrective maintenance works.
• Compliance management e.g:

1. Ensure timely renewal of all statutory licenses
2. Ensure compliance of HSSE procedures
3. Manage application for permit-to-work processes

• Work order management e.g:

1. Verification of work done
2. Processing of invoices for payment to vendors for planned and ad-hoc maintenance works
3. Documentation for claims
4. Any other duties as assigned by the facility manager
