• Provide technical support and design solutions during the presales phase.
• Collaborate with customers, sales teams, product vendors, and service partners to prepare project estimates and documentation.
• Lead technical presentations and clarify requirements during bidding processes.
• Perform demonstrations and engage with clients early to promote solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
• Assess new products and solutions in the IT/networking domain.
• Ensure smooth transition from presales to operational teams

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant IT field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales or network engineering roles.
• Certifications in networking or security (e.g., Cisco or Huawei) are preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive.
