• Extensive hands-on experience with LAN switches/routers: Cisco and Huawei.
• Familiarity with Lantronix and Huawei DWDM.
• Exposure to both Cisco and Huawei Wireless Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco UCS.
• Able to perform device staging and compliance checks on both Cisco and Huawei devices.
• Experience in network automation via scripting, and knowledgeable in Ansible and compliance review.
• Experience designing and building network security (Checkpoint, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Cisco firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, SSL) and content networking (cache, load balancer, F5, etc.).
• Experience using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Splunk for managing network operations.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for physical design, development for variety of SoC(System On Chip) and tapeout.
• Execute state-of-art methodologies include, floor-planning, place and route, RC extraction, timing and power optimization, physical verification.
• Doing benchmarking on Performance/Power/Area to validate the robustness of APR flow.
• Enhance project efficiency by using scripting language like Perl, TCL, Python etc.
• Provide feedback to flow development team for company flow enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science and above degree with microelectronics background.
• At least 2 years of physical design related experience would be advantageous
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with FM Site Lead, Mechanical Lead and Fire Safety Trade Lead, in building clear scope, expectations and deliverables for the Mechanical and Fire Safety teams as well as planning for specialty training and develop the capabilities of Mechanical and Fire Safety Team members
• To lead / provide support in the investigation/audit of incident/system failure to determine root cause of failure
• Oversee, monitor and manage Mechanical and Fire Safety systems/ services and specialist vendor contracts to ensure timely renewals and contract requirements are fulfilled
• Ensure timely renewal of authority licenses and permits
• Procurement and Finance Policies and Processes
• Represent Mechanical/ Fire Safety Team as the liaison party on authority matters
• Develop and harmonise trade related SOPs, Preventive Maintenance Checklists and working instructions with the cluster institutions for alignment to prevailing Singapore Standards / Code of Practices
• Plan and oversee Mechanical/ Fire Safety system upgrades/improvements or replacements before their expiration or its end of life through MOHRR or CAPEX funding
• Project Manager or render support to Project Managers for improvement works to existing hospital facilities such as renovation and retrofitting, replacement of system infrastructure and improvement initiatives to existing specialized systems and hospital facilities.
• Prepare Approval To Purchase (ATP) and Approval To Award papers for Preventive Maintenance Contracts and projects. Maintain good documentation (e.g records of all contracts, reports, agreements, checklists) with FM Admin team to ensure full compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management or equivalent
• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/ Fire Safety Officer is a must
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in management of mechanical systems operations
