5. Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires.
6. Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
7. Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.
8. Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
9. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
2. 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.
3. Good technical knowledge of Security, Systems & BMS.
4. Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.
5. Experience and equipped with strong international contact bases e.g.Developers, Consultants, Contractors and System Integrators.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
7. Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
