• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Conduct mass recruitment campaigns, including job fairs, walk-in interviews, and recruitment drives
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation
• Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and background checks
• Maintain a candidate database and ensure proper documentation throughout the recruitment process
• Handle the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
• Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring progress, turnover rates, and recruitment costs
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies during recruitment activities
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract a wide pool of candidates

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in mass/bulk recruitment, with exposure to high-volume hiring
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and Singapore labor regulations
• Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups of candidates
• Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
