Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Case Management

• The Case Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end service aspects throughout the case lifecycle (pre- and post-sale)
• Pre-sale:

  Provide close follow-up for cases that required Legal & Compliance teams review
• Post-sale:
  The Case Manager will mainly liaise with the Distribution Partners, Policy Services, Product & Pricing teams, Client Services and Claims teams on inforce policy requests, including policy changes, inforce illustrations, claims and other post-sales related transactions. Provides clear information on the necessary requirements to allow for one-touch resolution. Responsible for ongoing and proactive status updates.

  – Facilitate the overall processes for post sales transaction
  – Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate and timely information

2. Reporting

• Consistently and accurately track incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders and ensure that the requests are answered promptly
• For HNW Business:
• To record all ad-hoc requests for end to end handling
• Maintain daily/weekly/ monthly reports, as required, for the tracking of outstanding issues, submissions, withdrawals, feedback and overall adherence to Service Level Agreement; where management’s expectations are not met, highlight their root causes, where appropriate
• To Prepare monthly pipeline cases for reporting purpose and focus list for New Business & Underwriting team that are critical for policy issuance.
• Record all ad-hoc requests for end to end handling
• Participate in regular team huddles and provide important updates (where applicable)

3. Other responsibilities

• Perform screening of submitted documents before they are registered via AWD for processing
• Ensure proper filing and archival of all the documents received by the team
• Handle appeals and garner responses from the New Business, Underwriting & Policy Servicing team; ensure documents received are processed promptly
• Attend to queries relating to third party services and any other matters relating to policy issuance of servicing
• Conduct enhanced due diligence checks, AML verifications prior to policy issuance and ensure contracts are issued upon receipt of premiums and required original documents
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and any form of appeals pertaining to Operations matters
• Review work process improvement to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
• Assist in onboarding of new banks

At least 5 to 8 years’ experience of working in leading restaurants across the world with significant experience in Asia Pacific region.

The Assistant Manager (Operations) assists the management of cleaning operation duties as directed by the manager. This includes managing resources, work procedures, service contracts and work incidents. The candidate is also required to implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization, required to performs site visits and is expected to communicate with relevant stakeholders and clients as part of his role in performing operational duties.

Job scope:

• Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery
• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operation
• Assist in budget planning for cleaning operations
• Compile and analyze relevant data to propose recommendations for cleaning process improvement
• Assist in development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service
• Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
• Allocate equipment and/or technologies and supplies to project sites
• Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment
• Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve cleaning operations
• Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
• Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
• Facilitate effective work processes
• Facilitate the capability development of staff
• Interpret tender specifications and prepare quotations for cleaning operations and assist in terms, conditions and pricing negotiation process
• Liaise between internal and external parties to analyse and solidify an overall contract strategy
• Ensure that budget guidelines set are followed and deviation to these should be communicated with explanations
• Raise requests for purchases as required within agreed limits
• Ensure contractual payments are follow up
• Assist in resolving existing contract conflicts
• Report potential risks on contractual changes to the management
• Guide teams to respond to major incidents and emergencies
• Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management

Requirements:

• Secondary school education and above
• Preferably with prior supervisory experience in manpower intensive industry
• Location: Islandwide
• Working conditions: 5.5 days work week
