• Manage and reconcile nostro breaks
• Handling eGIRO and G3 processing
• Familiar with all procedures and controls in place for cash management products including electronic banking, remittance and clearing.
• Ensure and constantly increasing end to end competencies related to Payment Services team’s processes and responsibilities.
• Actively participate in initiatives within the Payment Services team’s area including user acceptance testing or industry-wide testing initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong communications and excellent communication skills to provide customer support and interactions with colleagues and stakeholders
• Comprehensive knowledge of cash management solutions including cross-border payments, clearing, G3, e-GIRO, electronic payments will be an added advantage.
• Ability to plan and organise work to achieve set objectives and meet timelines.
• Good understanding and familiarity of SWIFT message types used in payments processing
• Good computer knowledge of standard applications MS Word, Excel, Access
• Good working attitude and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal management report such as daily monitoring and report calculation, daily regulatory data base calculation;
• Prepare Head Office reports and schedules required by Head Office auditors;
• Prepare MAS regulatory reports, such as mas 610, mas 649, mas 758, mas 640, mas75 etc, and respond to the inquiries related to MAS reports;
• Communicate with the company’s tax agent, provide relevant tax information, and verify the tax agent’s submitted data to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings.
• Communicate with external auditors, provide the necessary data for the audit, and ensure the company’s annual report is properly disclosed.
• Process for staff claims and payment for daily operating expenses;
• Prepare accounting schedules such as Fixed Assets Register and Listing of OPEX.
• Prepare and posting of Journal Entries.

Requirements:

• Degree in accountancy or related accounting qualifications;
• Minimum 3 years relevant accounting experience in banks;
• Proficient in MS Excel is essential as incumbent need to harness data on daily basis;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese as incumbent is required to liaise with colleagues in from mainland China.

Programme Support

• Reply to queries from members and public on programme and accreditation matters
• Maintain records, documentation and databases for programmes including budget planning, tracking and procurement processes

Requirements
