Responsibilities
· Assist the Manager, Operations to lead the team
· Coaching and mentoring the teams
· Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, planning and administration
· Maintaining an overall view and close supervision of the performance
· Proactively implement initiatives to counter undesirable situations and developments e.g. increasing staff turnover rate, inadequate skill, teamwork training, and customer complaints.
· Identify and develop staff with potential for career progression
· Participate in staff motivation and retention exercise
· Overseeing and handling all staff discipline issues and cases at the locations
Requirements
· Degree or diploma holder and above with operations experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail industry
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· In-depth knowledge of retail operations and processes
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Exceptional customer service abilities
· Generous in sharing knowledge and committed to encouraging the team to deliver quality work and service
· Facilitate and raise the level of employee engagement at all locations
· Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
· Must be fully vaccinated
