• Lead, drive and manage all applicable Cybersecurity ISO implementations and re-certification operations.
• Develop ISO security design, accreditation framework, and review processes.
• Perform gap assessment and develop ISO roadmap for accreditation and/or re-certification.
• Develop policies, standards, procedures, and operational processes to meet the developed ISO roadmap.

• Prepare and present CAPEX and OPEX budget for security ISO accreditation/re-accreditation and operations in the region.

3) Continuous improvements to cybersecurity stance of AP operation:

• Establish continuous improvements to Company’s security ISO including but not limited to identifying new ISO standards that better support the Company’s business objectives.
• Establish continuous improvements to Company’s cybersecurity monitoring.
• Establish continuous improvements to Company’s staff cybersecurity knowledge including but not limited to training and identify potential cybersecurity breaches.
• Establish process to work with business stakeholders to continuously update SOPs and QPs to response to new risk areas and potential breaches.

4) Support business in response to Sysmex customers’ cybersecurity requirements:

• Review tender requirements of Sysmex customers’ as provided by sales teams and:
• Highlight areas of out of Sysmex controls
• Highlight risk areas for Sysmex to consider countermeasures.
• Bring highlighted risk areas and their respective countermeasures back into Sysmex cybersecurity stance and operation requirements.

5) Manage cybersecurity incidents response and resolution:

• Supporting the Regional Information Security Manager, manage cybersecurity incidents response with close collaboration with cybersecurity experts, internal IT and vendors, to achieve on-target, and timely triage and resolution of cybersecurity incidents in the region, in accordance to global/regional policies.

6) Other duties as assigned by the HOD.

Job Requirements :

• Possess a tertiary education in any discipline, preferably in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a medical/healthcare-related field (or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and experience in the cybersecurity domain).
• With 8 to 15 years of experience in cybersecurity or ISO accreditation within the medical or healthcare industry, ideally with IT and/or product cybersecurity program or project experience in a dynamic, agile MNC environment that includes cybersecurity management responsibilities.
• Must have a minimum of 2 recent, successful hands-on experiences in ISO 27001:2022 and/or ISO 81001 implementations.

• Lead a team in developing and executing integrated social media and PR/communications strategies for a range of client accounts across sectors and scope (i.e. earned, owned, and paid media)

Responsible for tasks such as:

• campaign ideation
• content development (social media content planning, press releases, thought-leadership articles)
• media pitching
• crisis communications
• community management
• media monitoring
• social listening
• performance marketing
• social media performance analysis, and more
• Be at the forefront of relationships with key clients to establish mutual partnerships, and act as their brand guardian; understand their needs and business challenges to propose strategies that will help achieve their business goals
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of account operations
• Support the Account Director in the management of client budgets, and financial invoicing relating to your accounts
• Ad-hoc involvement in new business pitching

Requirements for this role:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of experience with social media management and/or PR/communications; prior agency experience will be a plus
• Understand content application across all major social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or the local (earned) media scene

Position Title: Assistant Outlet Manager

Location : Island Wide

Working Days : 44hrs per week including weekend and PH

Salary : $2,650 - $3,100 Gross (Depends on Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

* To ensure the efficiency and smooth operations of the outlet; handle and resolve all operational issues and activities.

* To display a hands-on approach at all times to unite staff and guide them to ensure compliance with all food and beverage promotions, Company SOP including POS operations and cash handling practices, statutory and regulatory requirements.

* To optimize use of given resources, especially on labour and F&B costing matters including maintaining of inventory and keeping wastages to a bare minimum.

* To be responsible for the performance of all boutique; achieve the outlet daily sales and up-sell sales targets set by the Operations Manager.

* To lead, supervise and motive the team to achieve the set targets, customer satisfaction and operations excellence.

* To constantly monitor the daily sales and assist the Outlet Manager/

* Senior Outlet Manager to come up with prompt corrective action plan(s) to increase sales in order to meet the budgeted targets should the sales fall below the budgeted amount, and to ensure that the plan(s) is properly executed in the boutique.

* To counsel, resolve conflict, handle grievance and take disciplinary action as and when deemed fit.

* To consistently give and receive feedback constructively.

* To consistently review the work performance and identify the strengths and weaknesses of all subordinates so as to appropriately recommend for monthly performance appraisal, confirmation, promotion and/or annual appraisal.

Assistant School Manager

Location: Clementi

Working days: 5 days (Rotate shift based on roster)
Weekday: 11.45am to 9.15pm
Weekend: 8.45am to 6.15/7.15pm
Salary: $4,000 - $5,000

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Role

• Achievement of school enrolment and store revenue budget of music school (branch)
• Teachers’ management and administration (more than 50 teachers full and part-time)
• Activity planning including trial lessons, open house, performances, PTMS, students’ orientation etc
• Studio and facilities management

Secondary Role

• Work with respective product managers to ensure branding, A&P and sales activities.
• Supervision in provision of quality customer service through training and coaching of staff and engaging.
• CRM Management – Reviewing of leads generation and follow-up prospecting for customer.
• Plan, manage and organize area market events and activities in-store
• Manage and oversee store inventory to ensure optimal stock levels for display and sale.
• Overseeing proper cash register management and administrative matters and documentation processes with relevant department
• Perform any adhoc duties or projects as assigned.
