YOUR MISSION _________
The Regional Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager role is to support APAC Regions on their VM execution.
She/He will support the markets in translating the marketing plan into a Visual Merchandising reality, by overseeing both VM execution in opening of new doors and new concepts, while ensuring a perfect follow up of the VM updates by issuing clear guidelines & building strong relationship with local VM teams.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES _________
REGIONAL VISUAL MERCHANDISING GUIDELINES
- Act as a brand guardian, make sure the brand standard will be followed in the very best way possible throughout.
- To orchestrate & maximize the Visual Merchandising on Dior’s marketing launches & architectural projects
- To collaborate closely with Central VM team, Regional Retail Design team & Marketing team to prepare the Regional Soft Merchandising Guidelines
- Adapt the suitable guidelines to the APAC Regions to support the market sales
- Ensure timely set up and high execution standard across counters.
- Manage & Challenge the POSM menu for perfect VM adaptation & execution.
PLANOGRAMS & IN-STORE COMM
- Ensure brand vision and marketing strategy are translated with high visual merchandising standards across all touchpoints within counters.
- Achieve the right balance between business objective, budget and visual/brand impact achievements.
- To release planograms/ visual guidelines on monthly basis, dependent on the launches specified in the marketing calendar
- Check & validate the visual update plan per door proposed by the local VMs
- Consolidating and sharing all the technical information for the local execution
- Support local VMs on the production of the common VM elements regionally and guide them in achieving the most qualitative and consistent in store presentation
- Maintain photo report and records for presentation or review purpose
- Conduct market visit in order to experience the execution and VM strategy and evaluate competition
NEW COUNTER OPENINGS
- Closely collaborate with Retail design teams on the store openings
- In charge of the opening planograms for renovation/ new counters in the region
- Optimize and adapt guidelines from central to region and channel specifics
- Work with local VMs to help them implementing properly and communicate feedback
- Act as a gate keeper to prevent from various counter configuration development and optimize existing configuration.
OTHER TASKS
- Maintain the Regional POS database / video spec database
- To follow up the POSM forecast / consumption & to update the Regional budget file
- Do markets visits / collect & check the pictures form the markets to ensure VM perfection on counter
- Support in driving the VM community across markets
