• Handle AR / AP & Full set of accounts
• Follow up payment status with customers
• Ensure receipts and payments are processed accurately
• Prepare monthly debtors and creditors reconciliations
• Incharge of assets control and movement record
• Prepare management reports
• Prepare and support yearly account audit preparation
• Perform ad-hoc admin duties assigned

Job Description:

• Responsible for day-to-day financial accounting functions

• Handling full set of accounts which include AP, AR, Inventory and GL

• Assisting in monthly closing activities including reports and reconciliation

• Preparing Quarterly GST submission

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superiors

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy from a recognized institution

• Min 2-4 years relevant experience at the Executive level

• Organised and meticulous

• Good written and spoken in English and Madarin

• Good interpersonal skills

• Driven and initiative individual

• Resourceful and able to work independently

• 5 days, Office hours

• Location: West

• Potential conversion to a permanent role

• Handle full set of accounts, including monthly & yearly accounting closing.
• Responsible for year-end audit including preparation of year-end audit schedules.
• Responsible for full spectrum of accounts payables, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
• Submission for quarterly GST return.
• Process petty cash float requests, staff expenses claims.
• Process monthly payroll and CPF Submission including attendance checking and overtime processing.
• HR administration such as preparing employment contracts, exit letters, foreign wokrers work pass application and renewal, leave managment.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience and familiarity with F&B POS systems, QuickBooks accounting system and Info-Tech HR system would be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong team player with meticulous attention to details.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
