Job Scope

Account Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices, petty cash reimbursement, perform 3 way matching to ensure proper documentation and prepare payments to vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain neccssary approvals for invoices.
• Attend and respond to accounts payable related enquires and matters.
  
  Account Payable (AR)
• Monitor and manage customer invoicing and receipts
• Verification of assigned outlets sales records
• Follow up on outstanding payment
• Reconcile accounts receiveable transactions and reconciling issu
  
  Closing Full Set of Accounts​​​​​​
• Prepare journal entries, adjestments and audit schedules to support

Adhoc Duties

• Provide support in various adhoc projects and tasks
• Assist in stock take
• Assist in Audit queriers
• Any other duties as assigned by Head of Finance

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy
• At least 3 years accounting and finance experience

Job Details:

• Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
• Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)
• Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
• Salary Range: $3,200 - $4,500 per month + bonus

• Represent company as a brand ambassador, offering electricity plans and assist customers in services required
• Understand their role in engaging with key stakeholders
• Achieve monthly performance goals
• Handle administrative tasks
• Keep up to date with market and industry trends
• Ability to identify opportunities and challenges
• Support new developments and initiatives
• Developing of customer service quality benchmark
• Answer enquiries from all mediums, including but not limited to walk-ins, phone calls, emails and social media leads

Job Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with engaging new people on a daily basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations.
• Proactive worker with strong time management and prioritisation skills to manage deadlines.
• Independent but a team player as well.
• Experience in B2C sales and cold calling/customer relationship skills.
• Experience in MS Office, CRM and other customer service management software or solutions are a plus

• The Accounts/Tax Executive shall be responsible for the accounting and tax requirements of the clients which have outsourced their accounting and tax functions to the Company.
• Able to complete full set of accounts.
• Knowledge of GST.
• Knowledge of tax regulations.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / Diploma in accounting.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experiences.

Job Description

Provides administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager.

Secretarial & Administrative Support

• Provides pro-active and confidential administrative and secretarial support to General Manager.
• Manages the Outlook calendar of the General Manager including scheduling of and coordinating of logistics for meetings, activities and any required onsite or offsite functions
• Assists with meeting preparation and other required documents through liaising with others in the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of meeting materials
• Manages the department’s electronic calendar whilst planning and organizing required team meetings, including agenda management, logistics and overall attendance
• Plans and coordinates travel logistics and prepares detailed itineraries including background information and forward planning of visa applications as necessary
• Compiles and prepares expense reports for submission using Travel and Expense Account (TEA), whilst ensuring compliance with company’s Travel and Expense Policy
• Assists the team in travel logistics and organizing conferences
• Coordinates with regional offices on townhalls, alignment on key messages, communications, etc.

Communication

• Represents the General Manager’s office to a broad array of contacts within company and externally.
• Manages hard copy mail correspondence and any other electronic correspondence that requires attention, with the ability to prioritize, highlight and manage items requiring immediate attention

Others

• Assists Originators in preparing documents for tender submission
• Works closely with Finance/Shared Services/Procurement on invoice coding and payment matters
• Arranges and plans support for new employees in onboarding activities such as office set-up etc.
• Ensures the smooth running of the team i.e., ensuring sufficient office supplies, facilities, etc., are functioning well and liaise with internal departments to remedy as required
• Partner and coordinates with the other team’s administrators to ensure works/projects are completed in an orderly manner.

• End-to-End Payroll Processing including dealing statutory agencies.
• Working in a shared service organization, with heavy presence of Expats and Foreign Workers
• Being a good team player and influencing others including collaborating with Payroll Vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
• Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience. Knowledge of CPF calculations and SG taxation is a must while familiarity with Workday and PayDay! HRMS will be an advantage.
• Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative as the role requires constant coordination with workstreams, leadership and stakeholders.
