• Work closely with the marketing team to develop static and motion graphics, animations and videos for a wide variety of marketing collaterals, from campaigns to assets for social media and websites

Responsibilities :

Site Administration Work (70%)

• Coordinate logistics for technical advisors and supervisors, including:Travel arrangements
  Management of visas, permits, and Jurong Island passes
• Arrange accommodations for technical advisors and supervisors
• Monitor and update the status of incoming and outgoing remittances for the company
• Manage office supplies, such as personal protective equipment
• Assist in setting up IT devices for technical advisors and supervisors with guidance from the IT department
• Support coordination efforts with construction partners

Document Control Work (30%)

• Organize and maintain drawings at the site office
• Coordinate with the construction partner on overage, shortage, and damaged (OSD) goods and monitor status updates with headquarters
• Organize and manage various on-site documents, including additional construction instructions, time sheets, daily work reports, and procurement requests
• Support the organization and management of installation records, witness test schedules, and assist with document control for on-site QA/QC activities

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of administration experience of both Project Admin and Document Control.
• Stable, multi-tasking
