The Responsibilities for Sales and Marketing Manager are:

• Responsible for sales and business development
• Create and implement sales and marketing plans
• Participate in customer discussions to address commercial and technical needs
• Work with design engineers to specify products
• Pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Assist in sales campaigns to present relevant products and services to clients.
• Build a pipeline through outbound activities and develop new qualified opportunities.

Requirements:

• Provide admin support primarily in the areas of payment administration and budget maintenance, and events support.
• Processing purchaser orders and invoices for payment and coordinate with company accounts team
• Processing credit card payment claims for marketing services
• Reconciling & reporting on monthly budget actuals and advising on necessary accruals
• Updating the budget management tool and assisting with monthly budget forecast adjustments
• Setting up vendors in Workday, and liaising with Legal Department and third party to execute new vendor contracts
• Support the Regional Events team with Events administration and logistics as required before, during and after events. This involvess occasionally being onsite at events in the company office and other venues
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and intercompany to manage the sales-related task given
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• We are seeking a candidate with a Diploma in Administration and Marketing, along with 2-3 years of experience in administrative, finance, or operations roles.
• Preferably with relevant experiences in marketing or professional services.
• The ideal candidate will be independent yet able to work effectively in a team setting. They must possess proficiency in MS Office applications, with a basic to intermediate understanding of Accounts Payable and/or budget management. Excellent MS Excel skills are a must.
• Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, proactively solve problems, and collaborate with various teams. They will have a keen eye for detail, be methodical and process-oriented, and exhibit superior organizational skills. Clear, concise, and regular communication is essential for success in this role.

Location : Shenton Way – 5 days

Salary : $4,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Perform general bookkeeping and full set of accounting functions - handle daily operational AP/AR tasks including invoicing, payment, receipts etc
• Perform monthly reconciliation and reports
• Debts collections - Contact customer to ensure that their payments are made on time
• GST filing
• Prepare monthly sales commission and checking of incentives
• Handle any other ad-hoc hoc assignments and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Meticulous and organized
• Possess positive learning attitude & a good team player
• Pro-active and able to multi-task and work independently within deadline
• Knowledge of "XERO" Software will be advantage
• With at least 2 years accounting experience will be advantage
• Working hours & days: 5 days work week 9am to 6pm
