-Support the course registration operations of both undergraduate and graduate students at the University level, collaborating with Colleges, Schools, and administrative departments.
-Support the UG courses allocation process for exchange students
-Provide prompt and clear responses regarding course offerings, enrolment schedules, and
instructions etc.
-Monitors the accurate and prompt maintenance of registration records of students.
-Handle enquiries received in role-based mailboxes related to course registration.

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline

- Prior administrative experiences is highly preferred

The role also involves coordinating with banks for updates on signatories, GIRO applications, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on financial systems as needed.

Skills and experience required
Diploma in Accountancy, or any related field(s), with at least 3 years of finance operations experience ideally in the insurance industry. In order to succeed you should be meticulous, possess ability to work under tight deadlines, with the ability to work well in a team.
