• Assist to review, troubleshoot and recommend enhancements to existing workflow and financial accounting system.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accountancy, equivalent or above
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience especially in Construction industry
• Preferably experienced in handling full set account and some audit experiences will be an added advantage.
• Preferably experienced in Globe3 ERP system
• Pro-active, hardworking, organized, posses self-discipline
• Willing to learn, independent & meticulous
• Able to handle stress, tight deadlines and multi-tasking
• A good team player
• Strong communication (written and verbal skill) and computer skill

Location: Woodlands

Have company bus transportation from Woodlands and Yishun MRT

Mon to Fri 8.15am to 5.30pm

Job Description

1. Able to Handle Full Set of Accounts for Monthly Closing Which Includes: -

• Raise Invoices
• Raise Journals
• Preparation of Supplies' Payment
• Cash Boom Maintenance
• GST Preparation and Submission
• Preparation and Sending Out the Monthly Statement of Accounts to Customers
• Preparation of Audit Schedules
• Bank Reconciliation

Requirement

• O level / Diploma in related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience
