• Handle accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
• Perform quarterly GST submissions and manage month-end closing processes.
• Process staff claims and reimbursements for expenses.
• Prepare and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare payroll and handle CPF submissions.
• Undertake other administrative duties as assigned by the finance department.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.

· Handle Accounts Payable-related matters

· Processing of invoices and claims

· Managing cheque & GIRO payment

· Reconcile statement of accounts

· Maintain proper documentation and filing

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
