 Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary

 Create, maintain and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly

 Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports

 Backup for document verification duties, capable of understanding various document

types and their respective verification SOPs.

Requirements and skills

 Minimum 3 years as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent relevant experience

required

 Proficient knowledge of MS Office such as Excel

 Preferably with SAP knowledge and experience

 Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills

 Ability to work under strict deadlines

 Diploma holder will be preferred with basic accounting knowledge

 Able to work independently

 Provide admin support and ad hoc tasks when is required

Facilities Management Executive

Day-To-Day Duties

· Assist the site operation team on the daily cleaning operations

· Upkeep the cleaning standard as per contract requirements which includes executing proper cleaning techniques, in term of cleaning of toilets/ offices/ common areas/ hospital treatment area/patient room cleaning & etc assigned by the site supervisor

· Provide quality service to client and attend to complaints/ site issues

· Learn to operate/ manage technology (if any) at certain sites, eg. Robotic, quality audit system, smart toilet system monitoring/ reporting

· Follow cleaning schedule assigned by site manager and ensure the job complete according to site requirement/standard.

· Handle site inspection and paperwork as per site request

· Any other duties as assigned by Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description:

Leasing

· Involve in sourcing, evaluating and securing new tenants for the properties

· Negotiate and monitor terms of lease and sales (when applicable)

· Support Manager in all tenancy management activities

· Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties

· Ensure compliance with local authorities and building standards and requirements

· Work with Finance Department on arrears management

· Conduct periodic inspections of all properties own by the Company

Facilities Management

· Support Manager in all operational activities relating to Facilities and Maintenance for portfolio of properties (Office, Commercial, Industrial and Residential)

· Work with Manager and external managing agents (if any) on property related matters

· Maintain and update annual inspection and certificate of facility equipment in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements

· Review/evaluate and process contractors’ quotations

· Support Manager in managing M&E/Facility related repair and replacement works

· Ensure that contractors/sub-contractors perform their services as per the service contracts

· Manage all contracts to ensure they are reviewed on a regular basis

· Perform any other duties assigned

Responsibilities:-

• Deliver / collect cargoes via lorry as per job assigned.
• Ensure documents and cargo dimensions tally as per job order.
• Carry out cargo / road survey and ensure information is feedback to office without delay.
• Perform documentation clearance duty during police escort.
• Perform port / custom clearance duties for import / export shipment.
• Assist in field operations e.g. lifting operations, loading / unloading, stuffing/unstuffing, cargo lashing / choking.
• Other ad hoc duties as assign

Requirement:-

• Minimum "N" Level / ITE Certificate or equivalent
• Possess class 3 driving license
• Possess forklift license, rigger/signalman cert, lifting supervisor cert, WAH cert will be an advantage
• Able to start work with short notice
