Senior Events Executive (Events Management, Social Media, Gaming industry)

Job Description:

• Provide support and guidance to the team members
• Organize official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
• Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various events and tournaments circuits
• Manage shop tournaments
• Manage PR materials to be used at events
• Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
• Manage/support other events (including mobile gaming)
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
• Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant working experience would be preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Knowledge of our trading card games would be advantageous
• Has an innovative mindset to strategically plan annual tournament schedules for trading card games (TCG) brands
• Must have basic knowledge of social media management
• Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
• Open to travel overseas for business trips when required
• Experience in playing trading card games (TCGs) will be a bonus
• Knowledge of Japanese language would be advantageous to liaise with Japanese-speaking associates
