For this role, you will:

Focus on running the day-to-day operations of The General Room by supporting the Community Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and increased brand awareness via our social media platforms. The Community Executive is the “face” of The General Room and the point of contact for our members.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Community Manager in Community Operations such as attending to the needs of members and booking of meeting rooms.
• Support the Community Manager with digital marketing and marketing efforts though our social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Cover the front desk during business hours.
• Handle sales enquiries (internal, external, walk-ins, emails, calls etc).
• Conduct office tours and upsell space to prospective members according to their needs.
• Support the preparation of members’ move-in and move-out schedules to minimize issues and ensure a warm welcome and fond farewell.
• Assist and provide general day to day administrative support.
• Verify vendor invoices and circulate for approval before submitting to accounting team for payment arrangement.
• Prepare client billing spreadsheet for invoicing purposes.
• Purchasing of office and pantry supplies.
• In-charge of inventory control.
• Support for events. Shift rotation is required when necessary.
• Any other responsibilities to be assigned by superior from time to time.

• Responsible for all aspects related to Events and Training function under Sales and Marketing Department
• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events from venue sourcing, logistics requirement, budget planning and control, product flow, onsite execution to ensure smooth and profitable event execution.
• Coordinate and execute all event marketing and promotion (included Pre and post) via company communication channel to ensure achieve of event ticket sales target
• Manage of event plan and post event report and activities
• Plan, coordinate, conduct and monitor the overall company training system and related activities to ensure all training sessions/programs are implemented effectively, including training room rental & set up and related training administration, etc.
• Manage Trainers pool to ensure all trainers are qualified and adhere to training policy and stanadard
• Work closely with distributors via periodical visits; motivate and support them in increasing their momentum to drive sales growth.
• Act as Corporate Speaker for assigned training sessions and corporate events where necessary.
• Support field development special projects and other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holder preferably in Business, or related discipline. Fresh Grad is welcome
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Direct Selling Industry and organize events
• Candidates with more experiences may be considered as Senior position based on education level and working experience
• Experience in public speaking and providing training is an advantage
• Good communication skills, presentation skills, and coordination skills with influencing power
