Key Responsibilities

• To handle Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development schedules for operation staff.
• Perform HR software Management maintenance.
• Employee First Day Orientation Program.
• Issuing of laptop to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
• Employee Lifecycle & Promotion.
• Employee Relations & Problem-solving between employee conflict.
• Upkeep HR Policies.
• To provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Infortech HR software
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices
