We seek a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to build sales and grow the company by promoting and selling our educational products and programs. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop sales strategies to promote the centre's enrichment programs and services to increase revenue and customer base. This may involve collaborating with other team members to create marketing materials, attending trade shows or conferences, and conducting outreach efforts to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the centre's services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Set, analyse and achieve sales targets to guide sales performance in the organisation, evaluate and monitor productivity against business objectives, as well as identify factors that affect sales operations in stores. Develop recommendations for improvement.
• Regularly report on sales performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement. This may involve tracking sales data, maintaining the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma and above in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a sales executive or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the education industry, particularly coding and STEM education is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Trading Operation Executive

• Working Days: 5 days
• Working Timing: 9AM to 6PM
• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

Responsibilities

• Constantly maintain an accurate understanding and application of Commodities Trading Contracts and their obligations

• Perform planning and execution of shipment process in accordance to the relevant commodity contracts

• Perform accurate interpretation of contract terms in order to execute payments or receivables (including Letters of credit, DA, TT & etc) effectively

• Provide assistance in the planning of cargo shipments including vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge port agent appointment, load/discharge operations

• Manage and ensure accuracy of all shipping and payment documents including invoices, shipment documents issued by suppliers or external vendors

• Ensure timely and accurate issuance of preliminary, provisional, final invoices in accordance to contractual terms

• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of Accounts Receivables and/or Payments including laytime, freight differential & etc

• Liaise with respective departments including commercial, risk, finance, shipping & etc to perform resolution of issues identified

• Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Operations Department

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support the Shared Service Team to generate invoices and ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and issuance on a timely basis.
• Assist Finance with customer account reconciliations for discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on reports requirement and other related and relevant information in carrying out the job.
• Support departments and external partners by preparing various and ad hoc accounts and reports, muster reports to funding bodies and for audit purposes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve questions related to Order to Cash function.
• Keep track of clients who are due for renewal of subsidies, complete required renewal forms for review with Social Workers.
• Manage and update new admission and discharge of clients from Minds punctually to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Prepare reports to internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of clients list, funding bodies on a regular basis as required in the funding agreement and external audit purposes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on clients information and ensuring in compliance to regulatory compliance including PDPA.
• Gather data and analyse the effectiveness of current operations, identifying issues and determining financial impact to develop actionable opportunities.
• Lead and assist with centralizing and standardizing workflow processes for good practices with stakeholders suitable in a digital environment.
• Continually review the processes and workflow of all Order to Cash services, management of clients data and providing recommendations to build internal efficiencies and reduce risk.

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or Certificate in Accounting or other relevant discipline.

• More than 5 years experience in invoicing with good understanding of an ERP system, strong Microsoft Excel skills and basic accounting knowledge.

• Dedicated focal point for customers to escalate enquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain cordial relations with customers through regular contact.
• Ensure customers’ requirements are met (as instructed and advise by the management, in accordance with the Service Line Agreement signed)
• Protect and reservation of space for customers as per space agreement sent by the team (All on Fixed and no optionals permitted unless agreed with the team)
• Promoting company's services to prospects using Sales Materials designed by the Team.
• Manage the preparation and presentation of Global Tenders to customers.
• Prepare monthly lifting vs commitment report.
• Provide guidance to overseas Tender Support team on sharing accounts.
