About the role

• Maintenance of invoices i.e. scanning, updating and posting of invoices in system
• Processing of payments to vendors and perform bank reconciliation
• Liaison with vendors for missing invoices/payment status
• Attach daily bank advice in accounting system
• To perform ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements

• O Levels/ LCCI / Certificate / Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1 year of related experience

Resposibilities:
- General administrative task & support
- Handling reimbursement/claims
- Handling general Accounting Tasks
- Support admin function for purchasing and invoicing
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, filing paper works, and liaising with clients/suppliers for payment matters.

Qualification:
· Possesses at least 1-3 years of relevant experience with a Professional Accountancy qualification. Fresh Graduates are welcome too.
· Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word
· Good interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills

Job Description

• Daily collections update for giro and cheque into SAP system
• Daily scanning of sales invoices into system and keep for filing
• Daily review and approval of sales invoices in SAP
• Reconcile AR statements and correct discrepancies
• Weekly sending updated AR aging list and cash sales soa for salesman to review and follow up.
• Credit control duties
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

Requirements:

• 1+ years of working experience in Accounts
• GCE O/A level or SPM in accounting knowledge preferred
• Must have strong work ethics, be well organized and a self-starter
• Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
• Proficient in Excel and Word, SAP experience a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking customers
• 5 ½ day week with alternate Saturday off
• Working hours Mondays to Fridays 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Saturdays 9.00 am to12.30 pm
