Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our app by overseeing its lifecycle from concept to execution. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product features, and ensuring the app meets the needs of our customers. Your deep understanding of the food tech industry, combined with your technical expertise and UX/UI design knowledge, will help create a seamless and secure user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and user needs.
• Food Tech Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the food ordering, delivery, and discovery landscape to deliver features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
• UI/UX Design Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the app delivers a user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing experience. Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools required.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Security & Technical Oversight: Ensure that the app adheres to best practices in security, user privacy, and data protection. Work with the technical team to ensure scalability and performance.
• Market Research & Analytics: Continuously monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and app performance to inform product decisions and optimizations.
• Agile Process Management: Lead agile product development cycles, managing sprints, user stories, and backlogs to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally within the food tech, food delivery, or e-commerce sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the food ordering, delivery, and discovery space, including key trends and customer pain points.
• UI/UX Design: Strong familiarity with UI/UX principles, design tools like Figma, and collaboration with design teams to create an exceptional user experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of app development processes, security best practices, and technical requirements for mobile and web apps.
• Security Focus: Knowledge of data security, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and secure payment systems integration.
• Agile Methodologies: Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience leading sprints and managing product backlogs.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical: Strong analytical mindset, able to use data and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize the product.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with food delivery or food discovery platforms like Meituan, Dianping, Agoda, UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, or similar.
• Experience with APIs and integrations related to payments, delivery services, and third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and product analytics tools.
• Familiar with Asia tech latest trend and information.
• The job require you to travel regular to China and Asean countries.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall liquidity for the assigned countries or region
2. Proactive management of surplus cash with short-term investments within delegated authority
3. Provide guidance to cash management activities such as capital structure, dividend repatriation, investment and debt decisions as well as identification and mitigation of any risks related to regular operations or project related activities, cash flow planning, treasury policies compliance and bank account management
4. Manage intercompany funding and settlements through effective cross functional coordination.
5. Liaise and negotiate with banks on banking requirements such as banker’s guarantees, opening/closing of bank accounts and bank mandates, including KYC and annual banking review
6. Manage and resolve banking and cash management issues for assigned countries or regions by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
7. Streamline the banking structure to optimise the availability of funds more efficiently to the group
8. Assist in digitalization efforts and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and strengthen risk management practices.

Requirement

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Headquarter/Regional Corporate Treasury Department: Demonstrated proficiency in overseeing treasury operations within a corporate setting, with a strong focus on cash management and transactional banking. Have experience in managing treasury functions at a regional or headquarters level.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field: Possesses a good academic background in relevant disciplines. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant treasury certifications, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
3. Thoroughly acquainted with treasury products, systems and processes: Strong knowledge of treasury products, systems, and processes, particularly in cash management. Proficient in utilizing treasury systems to drive process optimization and efficiency.
4. Analytical and detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills: Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle complex financial situations effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey financial concepts clearly. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Initiative-driven with adeptness in prioritization and working under pressure: Self-motivated and initiative-driven, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
7. Preference for prior experience in treasury digitalization and transformation projects: Prior experience in treasury digitalization and transformation projects is desirable.
