The Portfolio Finance Manager plays a key role in finance related matters for PIDG and InfraCo companies in Asia, including its subsidiaries and joint ventures. Qualifications and education requirements

Description:

For this project, we are forming a team of 6 (including 1 team lead) to perform the following scope of works:

(i) Security Risk Assessment

(ii) Security Policies, Standards, Guidelines, And Procedures Review

(iii) Security Design

(iv) Application Security

(v) Vulnerability assessment and

(vi) System Security Acceptance Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing cybersecurity projects. This role involves working closely with client to identify security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to protect their information systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments, maturity assessments, and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy security solutions
• Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to inform client solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• 5-8 years of experience (not more) in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on areas in Risk assessment, Security Design and Cloud Security
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards, including NIST, and ISO 27001, etc.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tactically
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, or retail banking clients (depending on role focus).
  Act as the primary contact for clients, providing them with tailored banking solutions and products to meet their financial needs.
  Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow the client portfolio through referrals, networking, and cross-selling of bank products.
  
• Financial Advisory & Product Offering:Provide clients with advice on a range of financial products including savings accounts, loans, investment products, and insurance solutions.
  Identify client goals and create personalized financial plans to help them achieve their objectives.
  Keep clients informed of market trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact their investment decisions.
  
• Portfolio Management:Monitor client portfolios regularly and conduct reviews to ensure optimal performance and alignment with client objectives.
  Analyze financial data to offer customized product offerings and credit solutions that address client needs.
  Manage risk by ensuring all financial advice and product recommendations are in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Sales & Business Development:Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through client acquisition and retention strategies.
  Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling banking products such as personal loans, mortgages, deposits, and wealth management solutions.
  Work closely with internal teams (e.g., credit, compliance, investment) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  
• Customer Service & Support:Provide exceptional service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-up and maintaining high service standards.
  Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the client’s banking needs.
  
• Compliance & Risk Management:Ensure all transactions and interactions comply with relevant banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
  Conduct proper due diligence and know-your-client (KYC) assessments to manage credit risks and client suitability for products.
  Stay informed about regulatory changes that may impact client relationships or banking processes.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Wealth Manager, or in a similar client-facing role in banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, and wealth management solutions.
• Proven track record in sales and business development with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations, KYC processes, and risk management in banking.
• Proficiency in using banking CRM and financial analysis tools.
