Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, prepare monthly closing & financial reports independently for group companies.
• Maintain master data and verify transactions in accounting system group companies.
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and inventory
• Prepare company tax computation and quarterly submit GST to IRAS
• Close P&L, balance sheet and prepare audit schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full sets of Accounts and payroll functions
• Able to multi task and work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and post invoices
• Reconcile fee deposited and transacted in ERP system against bank statement
• Verify posting of donation entries in ERP system against bank statement
• Process and update GIRO Application
• Coordinate with clerical officers and shared service team to ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries relating to AR transactions
• Generate report and email clerical officers
• Reconcile headcounts against invoices generated by clerical officers
• Prepare and upload into bank system
• Upload successful records into ERP system
• Apply customer deposit for transport subsidy
• Prepare and update audit schedule for Accounts Receivables
• Generate and send AR Ageing reports to departments
• Analyse and follow up with HODs on long outstanding bills
• Follow up with grant providers on grant receivables
• Assist in auditors' queries related to accounts receivables
• IRAS reporting of tax-deductible donations
• Work closely with centres and schools to ensure all information pertaining to invoices generation and transactions created are in order and complete on time for closing
• Maintain a filing system for financial documents
• Review of internal process for improvement

• Certificate in Accounting / relevant certifications with 3 years of relevant experience

• Past experience in Social Service Sector and/or knowledge of Oracle NetSuite will be an advantage

We are seeking for an individual incumbent who is motivated to learn and elevate his/her accounting skill sets by joining our company for career development. • Perform basic book-keeping, by entering financial transaction into internal database.
• Maintain accurate data on the digital system and physical financial records.

• Processing AP as assigned by the Accounts Manager, issuing checks, and updating of ledgers and budget, etc.

Requirements: -

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting or financial field, at least 1-2 years’ experience needed.
