The PDJL will work closely with industry solution providers and in partnership with ACTRIS collaboratively support and advance development of novel cell therapy assets from local academia, national healthcare groups and biotech companies with the ultimate aim of translating them into GMP-compliant workflows for clinical-scale manufacturing.

We are looking for experienced Analytical Development Scientist with GMP, GLP and CMC experience to join this exciting translational fronting initiative to support with Process and Analytical Development for advancing cell therapy modalities. Selected candidates will support with project management, technology transfer activities and will be actively involved in planning and execution of analytical development studies in order to establish fit-for-purpose release assay methods for tech transfer to GMP manufacturing. Roles and responsibilities of candidates will include but not limited to the following:

Familiar with accounting softwares for SMEs and the abilitiy to independently finalise full sets of financial statements for SMEs from various industries. Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and the ability to prepare unaudited financial reports in accordance with FRS will be an added advantage.

Purpose of position

• To support the Finance Manager to manage the Accounts Receivables and other GL functions

Key responsibilities & accountabilities

• Perform day-to-day operations of AR functions
• Ensure all billings and receipts are processed accurately and timely
• Monitor closely AR aging reports and outstanding customers’ accounts via regular phone calls, email reminders, and frequent communications with Sales personnel
• Prepare monthly debtors KPIs, such as aging reports, sales reports, and delivery reports
• Assist in the monthly accounts closing – revenue reconciliation, unbilled income, and others
• Assist in the quarterly and yearly budget
• Manage staff expense claims and sales commission
• Ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:-

• Qualifications: Diploma in Accountancy and above
• 3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of using ACCPAC accounting is an added advantage knowledge of using SAP is an added advantage
• Good PC application skills including knowledge of Word and Excel
• Well organized and efficient in planning to meet the deadline

Account Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: -

· Manage full sets of accounts, including meticulous preparation and insightful analysis.

· Ensure timely submission of financial reports, project costing, GST submission, and facilitate tax clearance.

· Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly Accounts Receivable progress claim report.

· Methodically match, tally and update all Accounts Payable transactions, ensuring accuracy in monthly payment to suppliers

· Take charge of submitting quarterly GST of Otto Solutions Pte Ltd

· Conduct in-depth project costing analysis and provide oversight for the monthly report.

· Execute month-end account closing activities and meticulous reconciliations.

· Oversee the Accounts Payable function, reviewing and validating related documentations for accuracy.

· Responsible for project costing monthly report.

· Manage the quarterly GST submission and reconciliation process.

· Efficiently handle the preparation of cheques to suppliers and oversee all petty cash reimbursements.

· Hold responsibility for the monthly subcontractor’s monthly report.

· Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· To help in the submission of grant matters

· To be proficient in Quick book Software

Requirements: -
Education and Qualification Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Account, Business, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

· Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills wish a keen eye for detail.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Prior experience with GST submissions and tax clearance procedures is advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts (AR and AP) including posting proper general ledger.
• Handle full circle of PR, PO, goods receipt, inventory control
• Perform journal entries, reconciliations for accounts closing.
• Update fixed assets register
• Other adhoc assigned by line manager

Requirements:

• Min 1-3 years of working experience
• Able to start immediate or short notice
