Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Code and post suppliers' invoices accurately.
- Circulate invoices to relevant departments for verification and approval prior to posting.
- Prepare and process supplier payments.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of creditors' statements.
- Assist in preparing journal entries for monthly account closures.
- Maintain and update the expenses schedule for accurate monthly reporting.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent certification in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Remarks
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturday (one day per month) – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
