Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire sourcing process of both local and overseas purchases
• Perform daily operational purchasing matters and coordinate shipping documentation, logistics, and schedules, including import permit declaration.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Monitoring contracts renewal period, variation orders & vendor management
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Liaising with stakeholders, arrange and conduct meetings with vendors.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
• Other ad-hoc related tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager
• Training provided

• Manage the concierge customer service counter during mall operating hours.
• Address tenant and shopper inquiries/feedback through various channels.
• Offer directional assistance to both internal and external shoppers

Job Requirement:

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Min Diploma in any discipline OR have at least 2 years of front desk experience.

• Attend to feedback & complaint received from clients or any other stakeholders
• Liaise with client / consultants, contractor for the monitoring and closure of any complaints, feedback and defects
• General administration work (e.g documents filling, answering phone calls, attend to enquiries or other administative tasks as assigned by the Director /Managers
• Assist in adminstrative works across projects on hand e.g time attendance, leave matters
• Provide administrative support assistance and other ad-hoc adminstrative roles when required

• WSQ Service Excellence (Level 1) Certification or General Skills Competencies (GSC) preferred
