• Support sales team on Quotes & Order resolution.
• Coordinate with customer service and accounting team to resolve any issues related to invoicing
• Regular and proactive in working with sales team to gather update and report in monthly sales meeting.
• Tender Documents and ensure timely submission and documentations
• Supply center store stock and maintenance management.
• Demo logistics arrangement
• 3rd Party Vendor survey/ questionnaire
• Other assigned tasks depending on business requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a scientific discipline. with at least 2 years of related customer service experience with order entry systems
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, and to multi-task under deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce and the quoting process is preferred.
• Customer orientated and able to drive activities that improve customer satisfaction.
• Organized, able to work independently and in teams in a highly matrix organizations
• Highly driven with the ability to perform under stress and adhere to strict timelines
• Well versed with Government procurement mechanisms like ITQ/Tenders will be advantageous

• Manage CPF contributions and refunds.
• Respond to employee inquiries.

Requirement
