Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for various sectors (e.g. Accounts, HR, Operations)

• Coordinate with the Accounts team on daily basis, regarding data entry, petty cash, cheque writing, etc.

• Efficient document management such as printing, scanning, organising and filing of the documents

• Efficient in writing skills like drafting letters, writing emails, etc.

• Assist with day to day operations of the office

• Other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in any field

• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Accounting knowledge is advantageous

• Tech savvy candidate required: proficient in MS Office skills, good with software

• Meticulous and possess good communication and organisational skills
