Working hours*: 9am to 6.30pm (Mon-Thu) and 9am to 6pm (Fri)

*May have to work on weekends & public holiday on urgent project

Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic communications for programmes, events and announcements, including developing communications plans, talking points, nuanced messages, preparing media materials and identifying publicity opportunities.
• Assist in proactive publicity and media pitching, including facilitating media interviews and working with media on their requests and queries.
• Manage digital communications including copywriting as well as editing web and social media content.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Business
• At least 2 years of prior working experience in communications is preferred
• Strong command of English and good writing skills
• Self-starter, adaptable, meticulous, analytical and creative mind
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Highly-driven and enjoy working in a challenging environment

We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a Accounts and Admin Executive who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Duties

• Assist in all accounting matters and responsible for monthly accounting reconciliation
• Responsible for all payroll functions in the organization
• Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order
• Prepare monthly statement claims, GST, CPF and related bills
• Involved in HR duties such as but not limited to, work pass application, payroll processing and maintenance of Employee files
• Perform general administrative duties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounts / HR / Admin related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounting firm
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
