· Generate daily operation plan

· Monitor and drive weekly operation planning forecast

· Schedule and deploy assessors for job assignment 1 to 3 months ahead

• Plan and execute Principal brands’ marketing plan & its execution of marketing deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing initiatives on time
• Support sellers with their marketing programs and aligned with our marketing objectives
• Maintain media relations, partnerships and sponsorship/sampling programs
• Drive social media influencers program through the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives.
