Job Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities of targeted segments
• Channel sales and business development
• New client acquisitions and developing client relationships
• Ensure appropriate marketing or sales material are generated
• Make appointments, visit and present our services to prospective merchants
• Engage with merchants to understand their needs and create and articulate compelling value propositions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma or degree from a reputable institution majoring in business or a related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant direct (local/regional) sales to and/or channel/business development preferably with other licensed Major Payments Institutions (Cross-border Money Transfers), Fintechs, or financial institutions
• Sales team leadership skills will be preferred/advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
• Self-motivated team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Able to communicate well with various levels of people in organizations
• Language proficiency in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and in-view of business communication)
